To Become a Member

1. Submit your email address here.

2. Complete membership documents. Once you have been contacted by our Member Experience team for application, complete the forms and email them to us. Forms required for membership are:

a. Member Application

b. User Agreement

c. Router Agreement

d. Clearing Letter

e. Connectivity Services Agreement

3. Electronically sign. MEMX will send completed documents to users for electronic signature by Authorized Signer(s).

4. Receive email approval. MEMX will email the Authorized Signer that all documents have been received and are in good order.

5. Members send supporting documents when appropriate. Broker-Dealers applying for membership also need to send a set of supporting documents.

Connectivity

MEMX charges the same for all speeds and types of connectivity. There are no charges for higher bandwidth of lower latency connections.
