 - Pursuant to Rule 11.15 MEMX, on its own motion, in conjunction with Nasdaq Exchanges, Cboe Equity Exchanges, NYSE Exchanges, IEX, and FINRA has determined to cancel all trades in security Lucid Group Inc. Warrants (LCIDW) that were executed on MEMX between 17:00:00 ET on Friday,10/8/21 through Monday, 10/11/21 at 14:26:55 ET. This decision cannot be appealed. MEMX will be canceling trades on the participants' behalf. The warrants were subject to redemption on 10/8/21 at 5:00 p.m. ET and should not have been trading.
